-- Monica Stacy

In the mood for a hair color change for fall/winter 2015? Keratin Complex® stylists have been busy helping their clients do just that, with amazing results using Color Therapy™!

For inspiration, just take a look at some of these colorful hairstyles for late 2015 that have been achieved by stylists using Keratin Complex hair color products around the country:

KeraBrilliance™ for beautiful brunettes

In Bossier City, LA, Keratin Complex stylist Amber Rice gave a regular client named Kelcie a fall update on her light blonde summer look.

“She was ready for a change for the fall season and ready to get somewhat back to her natural look,” Amber says, adding that Keratin Complex Color Therapy products and techniques make such a change easy to accomplish. “The transition from the cool summer tones to the warm tones for fall is a very easy transition when using the balayage technique.”

Amber started by applying KeraHold® permanent color in medium brown and medium violet natural brown from the root area about mid-way down the hair length.

“I then freshened up some balayage pieces using It’s a Blonde Thing™—just lightly sweeping the highlights around her face.”

Once it was done processing, she cleansed with Keratin Complex Keratin Color Care Shampoo before giving Kelcie’s hair a final toning overlay of KeraBrilliance in light caramel copper brown.

After Amber blow-dried and styled the hair using Keratin Complex’s Vita Volume Boosting Foam, Lift Off Root Amplifying Serum and Kerabalm 3-in-1 Multi-Benefit Hair Balm, Kelcie “couldn’t believe how much shine and softness her hair had,” Amber notes. “She loved her new fall look and all the warm tones that complemented her skin brilliantly.”

It’s a Blonde Thing for fall ombre

Monica Stacy, a stylist at Image Makers Salon and Spa in Tuscaloosa, AL, used Color Therapy tools to give a brunette client named Jordan some highlights for a lighter, brighter look for the fall.

“She came in requesting a natural ombre,” says Monica, who likes this technique because “it is such a great way to add some brightness without having too much.” She did the ombre on Jordan using Keratin Complex It’s a Blonde Thing lightener, with a Vitalshot bond rebuilder added to help strengthen the hair as the color lifted, and then toned the hair with an application of KeraBrilliance in light ash blonde and lightest gold blonde.

“She absolutely loved it!” reports Monica, adding Color Therapy always makes her job eaiser. “I love everything about Keratin Complex. The color is so rich and healthy for the hair!”

KeraHold for a seasonal change

At Tangles Hair Lounge in Riverside, CA, salon owner Paul Dobbert has a regular client named Farrah who requests a color “update” every time she sees him.

“That’s why I love the changing seasons,” Paul says. “It gives me an opportunity to drastically take my clients on different color schemes and trends. Farrah is one of my clients that leaves the artistry up to me, so it gives me a chance to fully use Keratin Complex’s wide variety of tools to achieve long, vibrant and stunning results.”

To give Farrah a “rich, autumn-inspired look,” he applied a KeraHold mixture of light mahogany brown, and light violet brown, with a little violet intensifier added, throughout the hair. Then he added detail slices on the crown in shades of violet ash, violet blue and slate blue.

Reports Paul: “She loved the outcome so much that on her next appointment she wanted to keep up with that color; but of course I tweaked it just enough to help her transition to the winter season. She can't wait to see what's next for her hair.”
